Terms and Conditions

1. Haute Pursuit & Driver of, accepts no responsibility for articles of value lost, damaged or/and stolen whilst left in the vehicle when it is unattended.
2. The driver will obey all French traffic laws and will/can only accept responsibility for injury/damage to persons being transported if proven guilty of negligence in any form and/or proven guilty of contravening the French Highway Code. A copy of which can be furnished upon request.
3. The driver will not consume alcohol at any point. Driver discretion will permit the consumption of alcohol by persons transported.
4. Smoking is not permitted
5. The driver can refuse to transport persons not complying with articles 3 & 4.
6. Haute Pursuit accepts no responsibility for flights missed due to traffic congestion/accidents unless the driver departed late due to his/her own accord. A reasonable amount of time is apportioned for such journeys.
7. If the client is not at the pick up point at the time agreed, Haute Pursuit reserves the right to charge the client for the apportioned time.

BOOKING and CANCELATION POLICY

1. If booking is more than 8 weeks in the future a 50% deposit is required for booking.
2. Full payment must be made 8 weeks before Date of Transfer to confirm booking.
3. Cancelation up to 8 weeks before date of transfer, 80% of payments made refunded.
4. Cancelation up to 4 weeks before date of transfer, 50% refund available.
5. Cancelation up to 1 week before date of transfer 25% refund available.
6. Cancelation within 1 week before date of transfer NO refund available.
